Chelley Murley proudly serves as Director of Operations at AccuTemp Refrigeration, Inc., a second-generation, family-owned and operated HVACR company that has cared for Arizona families and businesses since 1981. As part of the next generation helping lead the company forward, Chelley is passionate about blending hometown values with modern innovation to deliver a service experience customers can truly trust.

Born into a business built on relationships, Chelley believes comfort goes beyond heating and cooling — it’s about people, reliability, and treating every customer like family. She works closely with AccuTemp’s technicians, installers, and office team to ensure every project reflects the company’s commitment to honesty, quality workmanship, and responsive service. Chelley’s leadership is grounded in real industry experience, including formal HVAC training at Gateway Community College, giving her a unique ability to bridge field operations with strategic business leadership.

Chelley earned her MBA from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business, graduating with dual emphases in Entrepreneurship and Leadership. She combines her academic background with hands-on operational experience to strengthen systems, support her team, and help AccuTemp continue growing while staying true to its local roots. Whether she’s improving processes behind the scenes or connecting with customers in the community, her goal is simple: keep Phoenix comfortable while preserving the family values that make AccuTemp feel like home.

Joey Murley serves as Director of Business Development at AccuTemp Refrigeration, Inc., a second-generation, family-owned and operated HVACR company that has served Arizona homes and businesses since 1981. Having grown up in the family business, Joey brings a lifelong understanding of the company’s values — integrity, relationships, and dependable service — into every customer interaction.

In his role, Joey oversees AccuTemp’s customer development and leads strategic partnerships with large commercial clients, restaurant groups, and long-standing service partners throughout the Valley. His focus is on understanding each customer’s operational needs and delivering practical solutions that support long-term performance and trust.

Known for his strong relationship-building skills and customer-focused approach, Joey works closely with clients to ensure they experience the same responsiveness, honesty, and consistency that have defined AccuTemp for decades. He values communication, follow-through, and creating partnerships that extend well beyond a single project or service call.

Rooted in community and family values, Joey believes that successful business is built on trust, transparency, and showing up for customers long after the job is complete.

Rebecca Faapito serves as Office Manager at AccuTemp Refrigeration, Inc., where she supports daily office operations and plays a key role in human resources and team development. She helps ensure both employees and customers experience a smooth, well-coordinated process from the first call through project completion. Born and raised in Arizona, Rebecca understands the importance of dependable service in a community that relies on comfort, reliability, and trust year-round.

Rebecca began her journey with AccuTemp in 2017 as a Customer Service Representative and has since grown into a leadership role, gaining a deep understanding of the company from the ground up. That experience continues to shape how she supports both the internal team and the customers they serve every day.

With over 20 years of experience in leadership, operations, and customer service, Rebecca is passionate about building strong, well-trained teams that are equipped to deliver consistent, high-quality service. In her role, she focuses on employee development, improving internal processes, and fostering a workplace culture rooted in communication, accountability, and continuous learning. She believes that investing in people directly translates to a better customer experience.

At AccuTemp, Rebecca works closely with both leadership and staff to help ensure the office runs efficiently and that customers feel supported throughout their experience. Whether coordinating internal operations or supporting team performance through training and development, her goal is to contribute to a company that customers can rely on with confidence.

Mike Detloff serves as Warehouse Manager at AccuTemp Refrigeration, Inc., bringing more than a decade of hands-on experience in HVACR operations and warehouse management. He oversees all warehouse functions, including equipment procurement, parts ordering, inventory control, and logistical support for both service and installation operations.

Mike plays a critical role in helping AccuTemp deliver value to customers by carefully sourcing high-quality equipment and parts at competitive prices, always with the goal of achieving the best possible outcomes for repairs and system replacements. His broad skill set extends well beyond inventory management he also manages and maintains AccuTemp’s fleet of vehicles and contributes to specialized projects requiring rigging, fabrication, and welding expertise.

Known throughout the company for his can-do attitude and willingness to step in wherever needed, Mike is a dependable resource across multiple departments. He values AccuTemp’s family-oriented culture and believes one of the company’s greatest strengths is that employees are seen and heard as individuals, not simply treated as numbers.

Mike believes in AccuTemp’s leadership approach because decisions are made collaboratively, with input from multiple perspectives and a shared commitment to doing the next right thing for Arizona families and businesses.

Brandon Walton serves as HVACR Design & Performance Specialist at AccuTemp Refrigeration, Inc., bringing decades of hands-on construction, home performance, HVAC, and commercial refrigeration experience to homeowners and businesses across Arizona. His career began in the late 1980s framing homes, later progressing into home building and high-performance retrofitting, shaping his deep understanding of how buildings function as complete comfort and mechanical systems.

Brandon believes true system performance extends far beyond equipment installation. It requires a thorough understanding of building structure, airflow, insulation performance, and the operational demands placed on both residential and commercial environments. Known internally as AccuTemp’s “In-House Engineer,” he applies building science principles, detailed load calculations, and practical field experience to design HVAC and refrigeration systems that are properly sized, energy-efficient, reliable, and exceptionally quiet.

His background in energy auditing, duct design, and building diagnostics allows him to deliver clear expectations, thoughtful options, and solutions that improve comfort, protect temperature-sensitive products, and reduce operating costs. Brandon works across a wide range of applications including custom homes, light commercial buildings, wine rooms, walk-in coolers and freezers, and specialty climate-controlled environments.

Brandon approaches every project, from custom homes to critical refrigeration applications, with a performance-first mindset focused on accuracy, reliability, and real-world results.

He takes pride in helping customers understand their options and feel confident in the decisions they make. By combining building science knowledge with practical field experience, Brandon delivers solutions that perform as expected, solve long-standing comfort challenges, and support dependable operation for years to come.

Chris Salazar serves as Install Manager at AccuTemp Refrigeration, Inc., bringing over 14 years of hands-on HVAC experience to the team. He holds EPA Section 608 certification, NATE certification, and is a Master Heat Pump certified technician, reflecting his strong technical expertise and commitment to industry standards.

Chris began his career as an installation apprentice and worked his way up through the field, giving him a deep understanding of what it takes to execute quality installations from start to finish. Today, he leads the install team across residential and light commercial projects, ensuring every system is installed with precision, efficiency, and long-term performance in mind.

He takes pride in delivering clean, well-executed installations, verifying systems are operating as designed, and making sure customers feel confident in both the process and the final result. Known for his straightforward approach and strong work ethic, Chris believes in treating people right and standing behind the work delivered.

Jeff Mathus serves as Service Manager at AccuTemp Refrigeration, Inc., bringing a lifetime of HVACR experience rooted in family tradition. Having grown up working alongside his grandfather in the trade, Jeff developed a deep, hands-on understanding of the industry from an early age.

Jeff joined AccuTemp to be part of a growing team where he could apply his knowledge while helping develop the next generation of skilled technicians. He is passionate about training and mentoring, with a focus on building technicians who not only diagnose issues, but truly understand how to fix them correctly and efficiently across both residential and complex commercial service environments.

He holds a Universal EPA certification and has specialized training in ice machines, Bohn walk-in systems, and reach-in refrigeration equipment, giving him strong expertise across both HVAC and commercial refrigeration applications.

Known for his can-do attitude and hands-on leadership style, Jeff is a true problem solver. He not only identifies the current condition of a system but takes the extra step to uncover root causes, ensuring long-term solutions rather than temporary fixes.
