- Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers and freezers
- Service HVAC equipment in commercial environments
- Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues
- Respond to critical service calls with urgency and professionalism
- Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with refrigeration systems (preferred, but willing to train the right candidate)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- A sense of ownership and accountability in your work

You lead installation projects from start to finish, ensuring systems are installed correctly, efficiently, and up to AccuTemp standards. You take ownership of your work and help guide the install team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations
- Ensure systems are installed properly, safely, and efficiently
- Oversee and support install team members
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Communicate with customers and internal teams throughout the project
